I will forever wonder how this vinyl didn't sell out within 24 hours. But I may be biased since LL is the artist who got me into Dungeon Synth. I remember hearing The Forges Fire & Daulu back in 2010 and that sent me into the world of Dungeon Synth. Then Arcane was released and I was blown away thinking nothing could top that album... and for a while I was right (at least in my opinion). That was until the mighty Kyndill og Steinn was released. This is Top tier LL and Dungeon Synth, dont miss it Pagan Centurion
This is album is much more than an extension of the previous release. Bringing the drum tracks forward in the mix and including the wandering bass lines have turned a hazy idea of the shire into a fully realized world full of color and character. The tale of Jawmine and Loamsdown slowly manifests itself as a work of fiction both worthy of the Tolkien canon, and equally charming on it's own. Tom Dang
